On the 18th of this month, at SSG Landers Field, a strong and athletic player was sweating it out with coach Cho Dong-hwa on defense.
The temperature was well over 30 degrees that day. One of the players working out with Coach Cho is Ryu Hyo-seung, a fourth-year SSG player. Ryu Hyo-seung is a tall 190-centimeter player with a strong physique and is considered to have natural power and good baseball sense.
After graduating from Sungkyunkwan University, Ryu was drafted in the second round of the 2020 draft by the SSG Landers’ predecessor, 온라인바카라 the SK Wyverns, and completed his social service in April. In 31 games in the Futures League this year, he batted .550 with a .367 on-base percentage, six home runs, 21 RBIs and a .550 slugging percentage.
SSG Landers coach Cho Dong-hwa, who was coaching Ryu Hyo-seung’s training, gave him a 10-minute one-on-one workout, carefully teaching him how to play defense. In the hot weather, both Ryu Hyo-seung and Coach Cho wiped the sweat off their stretched uniforms and focused on their training.
