Tottenham defeated Bournemouth 2-0 in the third round of the 2023-2024 Premier League on Saturday (Sept. 26) at the Vitality Stadium in Bournemouth, England. Spurs, unbeaten in three games with two wins and a draw since the start of the season, moved to the top of the Premier League table.
After drawing 2-2 with Brentford in the first leg, Spurs swept aside Manchester United 2-0 in the second leg, and they did the same against Bournemouth today.
Son didn’t get on the scoresheet that day, but he played the full game on the left wing and set up the team’s second goal.
Son’s goal came in the 17th minute of the second half, after Maddison had given Spurs a 1-0 lead.
Here’s what happened. First, there was a good move by Udoji, a high defender.
